Healthy Saturday Breakfast

Over the last several months I have been on a mission to create a better version of myself. I have been trying to eat better, be more active and find ways to be less stressed out and calm my nerves and my mind.

It’s always a challenge when you try to make lifestyle changes, and if you are like me, you end falling back into bad habits and feeling like you have to “start over” again. It doesn’t have to feel like you’re starting over again, but that you are just get back on the saddle.

I have been trying to eat more foods that are better for me and that make me feel healthier while still staying full. For breakfasts on the weekends I started making steel-cut oats with fruit and it keeps me full for quite a while and surprisingly curbs my cravings.

I need to get better about taking the time in the morning before work to eat better but little by little right?!

  • Steel Cut Oats
  • Agave Sweetener
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almost milk
  • Fresh berries
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Chia Seed
