Happy Holiday Cup


I’m not going to lie! The holiday cup at Starbucks always makes me so happy! And what’s inside even happier. I love me some peppermint mocha which is odd since I hate mint. Anyways, they are always WAY to sweet for me and fattening so I don’t get them often. But this year they have the skinny peppermint mocha. It’s only 130 calories and what I do is just ask for the flavors cut in half not cut the fat but also the sweetness. I get about a pump and half or 2 of each instead of the like 5 or 6 Starbucks put in them. Blek. It’s just as good if not better than a regular peppermint mocha. Plus I never have whole milk or 2% only nonfat, soy, rice or coconut milk. ( I just don’t love dairy.)

So my trainer always said look at the calories and see if it’s worth it. How long will it take to work off what you ate and at a little under 130 calories I think about 20-30 minutes on the tread mill is totally worth it! 😉
