Organizing my Necklaces

If your like me, you have a lot of accessories and maybe not sure how to organize your jewelry, or maybe you have a system that works for you. Now, this may not be the most creative way to organize your jewelry BUT, for me right now this was the cheapest and easiest way to do this. Now, I do have something creative and chic and surprisingly affordable, BUT I am in the works so I don’t want to divulge too much just yet.

I have a lot necklaces and they all seem to get clumped together and causes a dilemma trying to find the perfect necklace, especially when you’re in a hurry in the morning. The most ingenious thing to be created are these Command Brand by 3M Damage free hooks. If you live in an apartment where you can’t really damage your walls, adhesive hooks or tapes can severely damage the wall, by peeling the paint off the wall. These hooks don’t have a damaging adhesive, and are easy to pull off by just pulling down on the back and it releases like “that” (that’s a super quick snap). They are very easy to use and have come out with some super sleek stylish hooks. And can I say they sure do STICK!! those suckers DO NOT fall off.

I got two today at Fred Meyer, but you can find them anywhere, like Walmart or Target, even your local hardware store.

Below are a couple of photos of the hooks I bought.

*Look how expensive these look! they are plastic & super cheap from $6-$8 for one hook and two strips. (sorry for the blurry picture.)

*Like my necklaces? The black crystal necklace in the back is vintage, the bow and front necklace are both from forever21*

*Short necklaces on top, longer on the bottom. I chose to hang my necklaces in my bathroom because it’s the easiest for me and that is where I am getting ready. Back necklace from The Limited (No longer for sale) sparrow locket forever 21. Like my shower curtain? It’s from Target!*

I have other necklaces and I probably will need to purchase another hook but I will be loading these bad boys up shortly!

How do you organize your necklaces?
